Of Counsel
  • Profile

Alex Swain is Of Counsel at Block LLP. He is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented thousands of clients across a broad range of civil and complex litigation areas. In 2017, Mr. Swain began his career at one of the top real estate litigation firms in Southern California. Despite his success in this area, something was missing. Alex wanted to help people. Three years later, he became one of the founding members of Block LLP with one goal in mind, empowering the injured.  The more Alex became involved with the justice system, the more he realized the unfortunate reality that all too often, accident victims slip through the cracks. Alex is dedicated to providing access to justice for those who are underrepresented.

Through his client-centered approach and attention to detail, Mr. Swain has successfully delivered thousands of favorable settlements and jury trial verdicts to his clients, recovering millions of dollars. With an understanding of the devastating impact that a serious injury may have on your life as well as the lives around you, Mr. Swain is committed to getting the results you need. Never settle for less. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Swain is a passionate automotive enthusiast. He spends much of his spare time going on drives, attending automotive gatherings, and tinkering with classic cars. He has also devoted much of his life to helping animals.
